Caitlyn revealed that she underwent a facial-feminization procedure which a doctor estimated could be pricey, Radar reported.



Her breast augmentation could add another $10,000 not to mention full gender reassignment surgery, which costs an upwards of $20,000

After all, she wore a $7,000 Zac Posen dress and almost $25,000 worth of Vhernier jewels for the shoot.
